DESCRIPTION
As you may know on the 19th of March the Australian Scooter Association is holding the NSW ‘STATE’ level of their competition at SLAM Factory indoor skatepark in Tuggerah (about an hour away from Monster Skatepark).
The Australian Scooter Association is a competition that some of you compete in and is (mostly) a requirement for our KICK team members.
In preparation for the upcoming competition, we have planned an excursion to SLAM Factory tomorrow; Wednesday the 9th of March.
ALL KICK development night participants are invited whether or not they compete in ASA. It is an excellent opportunity to explore different skatepark setups and train with the competition athletes. However, the coaches attention on this night will be directed at the kids competing in the competition for this week only.
Please note, we will arrive to SLAM Factory in time for the kiddos to meet and ride with the Nitro Circus professional athletes who will be there until 6:00pm!
** PLEASE NOTE: Coach Damo will still be at Monster Skatepark this afternoon for those of you who do not want to attend the excursion but still want to attend KICK night.
TRANSPORT :
We will be taking our 22 seater bus. We have tried to cater to as many kiddos as possible with the following bus route.
OPTION A)
Riverview students or any kiddos living or attending schools in surrounding areas can be collected by Dazza from Saint Ignatius College after school.
OPTION B)
Saint Patricks students/Concord High students or any kiddos living or attending schools in surrounding areas can meet at Monster Skatepark from anytime after school until 4:00pm NO LATER.
OPTION C)
Kiddos living or attending schools in surrounding areas of Thornleigh can be collected from Thornleigh McDonalds at 4:30pm NO LATER!
** PLEASE NOTE: We could organise a Saint Patricks school pick up (after cricket). If you would prefer this option please send an email to info@monsterskatepark.com so we can organise this. If not, meet us at Monster by 4:00pm NO LATER!
From here we will head to Tuggerah with no other collection points.
TIMING:
Please note the SLAM factory session starts at 6:00pm and runs until 9:00pm. However, we will aim to be at SLAM factory by 5:15pm and leave at 7:30pm with an approximate arrival back to Monster Skatepark at 8:45pm. Please note the following pick up options on the way home.
OPTION A)
Kiddos living in the surrounding areas of Thornleigh can be picked up from Thornleigh Skatepark at 8:15pm (ETA).
OPTION B)
Kiddos living in the surrounding areas of Sydney Olympic Park can be picked up from Monster Skatepark at 8:45pm (ETA).

OPTION C)
Kiddos living in the surrounding areas of the North Shore can be picked up from Lane Cove at 8:45pm (ETA).

** PLEASE NOTE: For Saint Ignatius/North Shore kiddos please call Dazza on 0410582871 to discuss the best pick up/drop off location.
FOOD:
Afternoon tea will be provided on the bus around 5:00pm.
Dinner will be ordered/decided by consensus to be eaten around 7:00pm.
BOOKING:
We understand this will be a late night for some of the kiddos however, we have attempted to make the transport as easy as possible. You are also more than welcome to meet us there and drive your kiddo/their friends to SLAM factory and attend the night with them! (spectators are free).
